About CyberLens and Its Mission
Welcome to CyberLens
I’m Abdurahim Yongho, an undergraduate student at Metropolitan State University pursuing majors in Cybersecurity and Intelligence and Security Analysis. My interests include cloud security, DevSecOps, and using artificial intelligence to support cybersecurity and national security.
CyberLens documents my learning in CYBR 325: Fundamentals of AI and ML in Cybersecurity during Fall 2026. Through 14 weekly entries, I explore topics ranging from AI fundamentals and machine learning algorithms to security operations, ethics, governance, and risk management.
Each entry examines at least one relevant article, summarizes its key ideas, and presents my analysis connecting those ideas to course concepts. My goal is to understand both the opportunities AI creates and the limitations, risks, and responsibilities involved in applying it to cybersecurity.
This blog reflects my perspective as a student. Sources are credited, and AI assistance is disclosed where used.
